Terms of Service

Shipping & Delivery

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive all the necessary account information to facilitate the transfer of your new vanity phone number to your chosen telephone carrier. This information will comprise the current telephone carrier’s name, the account number, a personalized account PIN, and additional details.

Simply print out the email and provide it to your carrier, either in person, over the phone, or digitally (as applicable for landline or VOIP services). They will handle the rest for you with ease.

For landline and VOIP carriers, there may be instances where they request a Customer Service Record or a recent phone bill copy. If such documentation is needed, kindly reach out to us and we will furnish you with the PDF document within one business day. This requirement does not apply to wireless carriers.

In the meantime, should you have any queries, feel free to contact us.

Purchase

What you are paying for is the search, activation and account transfer services for your selected phone number. The phone number becomes yours and yours alone after you have transferred it to your telephone carrier.

Leasing

  1. Use: During the time you have the license, Best Phone Numbers lets you use a phone number (called the “Number”). With the Call Management Service, we’ll send all calls to this number to another number you choose in your account. You have to follow all the rules and laws about taxes, fraud, and other regulations.
  2. Length: The license starts when you activate the number (“create date”). It’s month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We can end it if you don’t pay or break the rules.
  3. Fees: You agree to pay a one-time activation fee (if there is one), a monthly fee shown when you sign up, and any yearly increase. You’re responsible for all charges and taxes.
  4. Ownership: You don’t own the number or have any special rights to it. Only Best Phone Numbers does. If you don’t pay for two weeks and lose the number, we might not be able to give it back to you.
  5. Reconnection: If you don’t pay for two weeks and lose the number, we might not be able to give it back to you.

Privacy & Security

We do not store your credit card information or other payment information – at all. And we do not share any of your other information with anyone else, including your new phone numbers.

Payment, Pricing

We accept payment on our store using Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB). Larger sums must be wired to our business account due to the nature of the transaction. Please contact us for details. If you are interested in buying 10 or more numbers, or a block of numbers, please contact us for pricing.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. If your carrier does not support your new phone number, please let us know within 30 days of payment. Some carriers provide compatibility checks on their Internet sites. If verifiably incompatible, you can exchange your new phone number for one that is of equal or lesser value (no partial refunds are possible) that your carrier does support – but only within 30 days of payment. After 30 days of payment, no refunds or exchanges are possible.

Indemnification

You promise to protect and defend Best Phone Numbers, including our directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any losses, costs, or damages that happen because of your actions or if you break this agreement. This includes covering our legal fees if we have to defend against a claim related to your use of our services

Termination

Best Phone Numbers can stop or change your service for reasons like improving our services or preventing fraud. We might do this without warning. If we terminate your service, we can delete your account, change your phone numbers, and block your access to our services.

We’re not responsible to you or anyone else for ending this agreement or making changes to it.

Limitation of liability

Best Phone Numbers won’t be responsible for any extra or indirect damages, even if it’s our fault. If we are responsible, our total liability won’t be more than what you paid for the services.

This limit on our responsibility is fair for both of us. It stays in effect even if one of the solutions we offer doesn’t work like it should.

Some places don’t allow limits on liability, so some of these rules might not apply to you.
